By ordering the goods on this website, you are authorizing this website to charge your credit card / account for the total amount of the order.
Order processing time
Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Online Exclusive Items will be slightly longer in days depending on availability. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If our order volume is large, the shipment may be delayed for a few days. Please allow for additional shipping days. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Order confirmation, delivery or pick up
When you enter your personal details, payment details and submit an order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the order. This email only confirms receipt of the order and does not represent an order. When we send you an email confirming that the goods have been sent or can be picked up at the store, your order has been accepted and your contract with this website has been completed. Only the items listed in the confirmation email sent are included in the contract.
Customs and taxes
This website is not responsible for any customs and taxes that apply to your order. All costs levied during or after transportation are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
This website is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during transportation. If the order you received is damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping (Outside Hong Kong)
Please contact Customer Service to arrange for shipment outside Hong Kong.
This website will endeavor to ensure that the content and product descriptions are accurate and complete. However, we do not guarantee that the content and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current and correct. If you feel that the products offered on this website do not match the description, please refer to our return and exchange policy.
Unless an obvious error occurs, your order will be accepted upon payment to the price displayed on this website. While every effort has been made to ensure that all prices displayed on this website are accurate, we cannot guarantee that all prices are correct and that we reserve the right to correct any errors. If we find that the price of any product you have ordered is incorrect, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which time you can choose to re-confirm or cancel the order. If you are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as a cancellation order.
Return and Exchange
After receiving the goods, you feel that it is not right or the size is wrong? You can choose to change size or other colours, please contact our customer service team to arrange the process.
To return any product, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. The returned goods must be maintained as they are: they are not worn, used or cleaned, placed in unspoiled original branded boxes and bags, and all price cards are intact.
Upon receipt of your item, our professional team will check it and process your replacement. The shipping cost at the time of return is borne by the customer.
If the product does not remain as described above, you start the return after 14 calendar days, or our warehouse has not received your mail, the company reserves the right to refuse the return.
The shipping cost of the returned product will be arranged by the customer. Please ship your product (along with the printed documents) or visit the following address:

Money will be refunded accordingly if the above are satisfied. For credit card payments, it will take around 10 days for credit card company to process the refund back to your credit card account.

Pre-order items are purchased in the same way as in-stock items. However, they will be delivered at a later date as mentioned in the description. Please note that the delivery date may vary due to manufacturing and shipping schedules. By pre-ordering the item, you accept that the delivery schedule may be earlier or later than the schedule date. If you would like to make alternative arrangement on the pre-order, please contact our customer service team.

The code is limited to personal use and must be the same as your account, email, phone number and shipping address when you made the purchase. Discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Offer for online shop only. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
These Terms of Service are not intended to affect your rights under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Compensation and Exemption
You agree that we are exempt from liability and to us (including its employees, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors and suppliers) in full and indemnify us for all liability, claims, and any liability for any breach of the Terms of Service. Cost, damage and loss, including attorney fees. This includes any other person using your account to use your account for your actions or without action.
If you violate the Terms of Service and we do not take any action on your actions, it does not mean that the company waives our rights and solutions in violation of other Terms of Service.
